Goholi Pty Ltd TM is an Australia-based boutique consultancy firm, which has been involved in numerous Greenfield and Mergers and Acquisitions projects as an analyst, consultant and/or part of the M&A teams.
Goholi's acquisition targets span from airlines, solar power plants, gold and rare earth mineral mine plants and mines, a number of Australian cattle stations mostly over 100,000 hectare, 6-star hotels, casinos across Australia and Asia, to over 20 luxury tourism-related projects.

We have a large business network in Australia and throughout South East Asia, Middle East, The Caucasus Region and USA.

Known for early concept design project planning, feasability consultation and earthy advice with a futuristic vision.
Previous early project consultation includes Livestock Farming, Mineral Licenses, Forestry projects, Modular Mining Design Process Plant, Aquaculture and Agriculture Projects, Security Planning, Information Technology, Clean and Green Technology Projects where investment has been secured before coming to us.

Goholi is currently the Business Development manager for other international corporations and exisiting private investors.
With Covid stopping all travel the last 3 years we have slowed all projects except our Green/Blue Hydrogen Demostration Plant proposal for Australia and our Luxury Travel platform in China for domestic and inbound/outbound international markets.

Robert is a 65-year-old Australian citizen born in Melbourne.
He spent a good portion of his last 35 years in Darwin and Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia. being based in South East Asia for the past few years.
Rob started his career in banking in 1970's. In early 2000's, he went back into the private bank industry on the investment consulting team for new license applications and still in that industry today.

Goholi has a number of experienced corporate advisors around the world from China, Singapore, USA, South America, Australia, UAE, Russia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia and Myanmar.
